Job summary

MissionHires is seeking an experienced Lead Teacher to oversee instructional interventions funded through the Learning Recovery Emergency Block Grant (LREBG). This program leadership role focuses on staff development and data-driven strategies to address learning gaps.

The ideal candidate will possess a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and experience in instructional leadership. The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional leadership, intervention coordination, or program management.
• Strong background in data-driven instruction and professional learning facilitation.
• Knowledge of LREBG and California Education Code provisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of instructional interventions under the LREBG plan.
• Design evidence-based intervention strategies using assessment data.
• Monitor student progress using assessments and prepare required grant reports.
