Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible professional experience in educational or student support services, with at least one year in program management or coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Ability to support and advocate for underrepresented and underserved populations, particularly formerly incarcerated individuals.
• Experience building partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and guidance in support of the recruitment and success of formerly incarcerated students transitioning into higher education and supervises staff and student personnel.
• Oversee development, planning, assessment and execution of programmatic and operational needs, including budget oversight and efficiency.
• Serve as a strategic partner and liaison with campus and community resources, advocating for program participants and coordinating wraparound student support services.
• Ensure compliance with university and program policies, and assist in managing program operations and personnel.
