Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator in Marlborough, MA to lead overnight staff, support individuals, and assist with scheduling and budget tasks. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care within a collaborative team.

You will complete documentation, support transformative activities, and help implement individualized plans while coordinating with the Program Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide services and supports to individuals served while overseeing overnight staff.
• Complete required documentation and support program operations, transportation, and budget-related tasks.
• Assist in staffing schedules, program operations, and administrative duties.
• Promote community engagement, personal growth, and development of valued social roles.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
