Job summary
Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead alongside direct support staff, supervise overnight staff, and provide admin support to the Program Coordinator including staffing schedules, program operations, and budget tasks.
The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered services, support individuals, promote community engagement, and help develop individualized service plans and goals. On-call rotation is included.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
- Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
- Participate in the program’s on-call rotation.
