Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to join our Central Massachusetts team. This leadership role supports direct support staff, oversees overnight staff, and provides administrative assistance to the Program Coordinator, including staffing, program operations, and budget tasks.

The position emphasizes person-centered, trauma-informed care, transportation and behavioral support, and development of individualized service plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
