Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead alongside direct support staff, supervising overnight personnel and ensuring quality services. The role also provides administrative help to the Program Coordinator, including staffing, program operations, and budgeting tasks.

This position emphasizes community engagement, person-centered supports, and trauma-informed care within Central Massachusetts. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership alongside direct support staff to deliver services and supports to individuals served.
• Oversee and supervise overnight staff.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.
• Participate in the program’s on-call rotation.
