Sierra College in Rocklin seeks a Supervisor for the Native American Student Support and Success Program (NASSSP). You will oversee program operations, coordinate resources, and partner with campus departments to improve AIAN student access, retention, and completion.

The role emphasizes equity, trauma-informed practices, and collaboration with tribal leaders and external partners. Strong project management, budgeting, and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a social service environment or related field.
• An Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Preference shall be given to qualified candidates of American Indian or Alaskan Native Heritage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and provide resources and services for Native American students.
• Develop and implement methods to increase AIAN student access, retention, and success.
• Partner with campus departments and community organizations to improve service delivery.
• Plan budgets, manage grants, and prepare reports for NASSSP activities.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate NASSSP staff and peer leaders.
