Job summary

The American Indian College Fund is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the College Success & Access team within Student Success Services. You will provide administrative and program support for College Access programs, including high school, career, scholarship coaching, and Native student advocate programming.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, or in a similar role with similar responsibilities.
  • Experience with social media outlets.
  • Experience in working with underrepresented populations.
  • Experience in event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementation of program related presentations, events and materials such as workshop sessions, convenings, and trainings.
  • Review, edit, format, and disseminate internal and external communications.
  • Support program reporting.
  • Support College Access & Success with data collection and management.
  • Support the development and maintenance of program templates.
  • Manage program files and records.
  • Manage program supplies and collateral materials inventory.
  • Make travel arrangements for College Access & Success team members, students, and grantees.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meeting logistics.
  • Prepare check requests and ensure appropriate dissemination of payments.
  • Work with the program administrators and communications team to maintain social media and web presence.
  • Occasionally represents the College Success team members on site visits, trainings, and workshop sessions.
  • Other duties, as assigned
