Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of community engagement practices and working with Native American communities.
• Understanding multicultural student development and leadership development.
• Experience analyzing data and generating reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Multicultural Advising – provide guidance on academic and personal development resources; refer students to campus and community services.
• Programming and Venue Management – plan and implement programs promoting dialogue on multiculturalism and equity; coordinate staffing and logistics.
• Student Leadership Development – hire, train, and supervise student coordinators; run weekly seminars and collaborative processes.
• Collaborative Relationships – build relationships with campus stakeholders and community partners to support program success.
• Professional Development – stay informed on trends in Native American and multicultural education; adapt practices accordingly.
