Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
  • Two years of experience in a student services area.
  • Experience coordinating grants and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • In support of the College Mission, prioritizes student success in duties.
  • Provides day-to-day management of the Native American Student Success & Support Program.
  • Coordinates program and grant activities, including student support initiatives, fiscal coordination, grant compliance, and program evaluation.
  • Develops student support services aligned with program goals and anti-racist, culturally responsive environments.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with local Native American tribes.
  • Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff.
  • Plans and executes program review and assessment of learning outcomes.
