Responsibilities

• Multicultural Advising: provide guidance on academic and personal resources to students from diverse backgrounds.
• Programming and Venue Management: design programs promoting dialogue, plan events, manage staff and logistics.
• Student Leadership Development: hire, train, mentor, and supervise student coordinators and interns.
• Collaborative Relationships: build partnerships with campus programs and external groups.
• Professional Development: stay current on trends in Native/indigenous education and student development.
