Job summary

The position emphasizes collaboration with providers and internal teams, with travel as needed to support outreach and training activities.

The candidate will develop training modules, analyze outcome data, and present findings to management while aligning with policies and standards across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Healthcare-related field.
• 3+ years in Behavioral or Physical Health experience.
• For AZ only: Masters Degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans
• Execute effectively program development efforts with provider and/or internal organizations
• Propose new programs and strategies by research industry trends
• Develop provider and/or internal training modules
• Develop and track outcomes measures for specific populations
• Analyze and interpret outcome data and present to management
• Propose funding opportunities
• Direct cross-departmental teams in the implementation of program development and improvement efforts
• Develop innovative solutions for treatment issues related to a specific populations
• Represent company in key community and State meetings related to specific populations
• Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
