Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an Outcomes Analyst to analyze program outcomes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement action plans that optimize results. The role may act as a subject matter expert for complex projects and requires Indiana residency with US work authorization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
4+ years of statistical or data analysis experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; VBA/SQL/Access preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and monitor outcomes dashboard and scorecard for assigned programs and identify trends.
Monitor and analyze program outcomes; recommend and implement action plans based on results.
Provide feedback to senior leadership on key performance outcomes and address questions.
Present data to program stakeholders to improve performance.
Develop program components and support overall program implementation.
Educate provider agencies on best practices to achieve optimum outcomes.
