Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a Program Specialist II to oversee the implementation of assigned programs and lead development initiatives to improve service delivery and outcomes for specified populations.

The role requires residency in Arizona and the ability to travel as needed for outreach and collaboration with providers and internal teams. The position supports program development, provider engagement, and stakeholder coordination within behavioral or physical health contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's in Healthcare field.
• 3+ years in Behavioral or Physical Health experience.
• For AZ, Masters Degree or higher required.
• RN, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISAC licenses preferred or related licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans.
• Execute program development efforts with provider/internal organizations.
• Propose new programs and strategies by researching industry trends.
• Develop provider and/or internal training modules.
• Develop and track outcomes measures for specific populations.
• Analyze and interpret outcome data and present to management.
• Propose funding opportunities.
• Direct cross-departmental teams in program development and improvement.
• Develop innovative solutions for treatment issues related to specific populations.
• Represent Centene in key community and State meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
