Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a program leader to oversee implementation of assigned programs and develop initiatives to improve service delivery and outcomes for defined populations. This role requires Arizona residency and is focused on behavioral/physical health contexts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Healthcare related field
3+ years in Behavioral or Physical Health experience
For AZ only: Masters Degree or higher required
Licenses/Certifications: RN, LPC, LCSW, LMAFT, LISAC preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans
Execute effectively program development efforts with provider and/or internal organizations
Propose new programs and strategies by research industry trends
Develop provider and/or internal training modules
Develop and track outcomes measures for specific populations
Analyze and interpret outcome data and present to management
Propose funding opportunities
Direct cross-departmental teams in the implementation of program development and improvement efforts
Develop innovative solutions for treatment issues related to a specific populations
Represent company in key community and State meetings related to specific populations
Performs other duties as assigned.
