Job summary

International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX) seeks a Program Officer for Community Solutions (CSP). You will lead cross-functional workstreams across the program lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and support for U.S. practicums, curricula, and MEL.

The role emphasizes collaboration with partners, vendors, and host organizations to ensure compliant, high-quality program delivery. The position requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and experience with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and minimum three years of relevant experience in international exchange, leadership development, workforce or education programs.
Experience managing projects, events, partnerships, participant-facing activities, or operational functions with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned program workstreams from planning through closeout, including recruitment, onboarding, host engagement, MEL, reporting, and donor deliverables.
Coordinate participant support, partner engagement, events, travel, curriculum delivery, and learning platforms; maintain risk logs and SOPs.
Provide guidance to junior staff; ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery across program components.
Support growth and new business by researching opportunities, drafting proposals, and coordinating donor communications.
