Job summary

IREX seeks Program Coordinators to support donor-funded programs within the Global Impact Hub. You will coordinate program operations, engagement, training, events, travel, data management, communications, and reporting, both in the U.S. and internationally.

The role is based at IREX headquarters in Washington, DC with in-office requirements. We value teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and a proactive mindset as you handle recurring workstreams, flag risks, and help maintain compliant processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating travel and events.
• Cross-cultural and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program operations, calendars, records, and LMS activities.
• Manage pre-departure orientation, enrollment, and participant tracking.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and documentation.
• Advise participants and engage mentors, alumni, and partners.
• Support procurement, payments, and vendor information; maintain records.
• Contribute to reporting, data collection, and program improvements.
