Job summary

IREX is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Community Solutions Program (CSP) in Washington, DC. The role supports the full program lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to MEL, alumni programming, reporting, and financial administration in a hybrid work setting.

You'll coordinate processes across multiple workstreams, maintain records, and help participants navigate program requirements. Collaboration with partners and internal teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across recruitment, onboarding, MEL, and reporting is preferred.
• Experience with participant support, logistics, and communications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program processes across recruitment, onboarding, U.S. exchange, alumni engagement, and reporting.
• Serve as a reliable contact for applicants, participants, alumni, host organizations, and stakeholders.
• Manage financial transactions, vendor records, and routine reconciliations in line with policies.
• Collaborate with teams across recruitment, curriculum, events, MEL, communications, and operations to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Contribute to program renewal and donor/partner-informed program design.
