Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience supporting international exchange, leadership development, workforce or economic development, education, youth, fellowship, or other donor-funded or participant-centered programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects, events, partnerships, participant-facing activities, or operational functions with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead program workstreams from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, host engagement, events, MEL, alumni programming, and reporting.
• Develop and monitor budgets, procurements, and donor deliverables; ensure compliance.
• Coach and supervise junior staff, interns, and volunteers; strengthen handoffs between components.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen program design and implementation through lessons learned.
