Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum two years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting international exchange, leadership development, workforce or education programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program processes across recruitment, onboarding, the U.S. exchange, and alumni engagement.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for applicants, participants, alumni and stakeholders.
• Prepare purchase and payment requests, travel documentation, vendor records, and routine financial transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align handoffs, deadlines, and program improvements.
• Support growth and new business efforts through research and documentation.
