Job summary

MSSC seeks a Program Coordinator to lead the department and oversee community homes served by MSSC programs. The role ensures compliance with funding sources and agency requirements while representing MSSC with integrity.

The Program Coordinator coordinates staff, training, and documentation, ensuring quality service delivery and timely communication with families and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in psychology, special education or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in DIDD/IDD or comparable program preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the department within MSSC.
• Ensure compliance with funding sources and agency requirements.
• Coordinate care plans and therapy-related documentation.
• Train staff and maintain a professional workforce.
• Monitor daily operations, safety, and quality of service delivery.
• Communicate with families, external stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Attend meetings and participate in incident management and program reviews.
