Job summary

Human Services Association LA in California seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the MSSP program's administration and operations.

You will supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, manage contracts and budgets, and lead community outreach while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

You will build partnerships with public/private agencies countywide, drive QA/PIs, and participate in grant development as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field; LCSW preferred.
• Three years post-Master’s Degree in aging with emphasis on community-based services.
• Two years of supervisory or program-management experience.
• Valid California driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administration of the MSSP program.
• Direct supervision and staff development for all supervised staff.
• Perform annual performance evaluations.
• Ensure contract compliance and monitor program budget.
• Attend meetings, outreach and presentations internally and in the community.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with public and private agencies countywide.
• Complete quality assurance and performance improvement activity.
• Oversee staff and contracted vendors; ensure license requirements.
• Risk management compliance - mandated reporting State and Federal Laws.
