Job summary

Macomb Family Services, Inc. in Clinton Township, MI, is seeking a Program Manager for Community Living Supports to oversee CLS services, ensure quality and compliance, and coordinate with MCCMH and Medicaid standards on behalf of adults with developmental disabilities.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals and Coordinators, manage staffing and scheduling, review incidents, ensure PCP goals are met, and liaise with families, case managers, and providers while maintaining participant

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential or similar setting.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or program management experience in human services.
• Strong knowledge of Michigan Medicaid CLS services, MCCMH standards, and Person-Centered Planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of CLS programming, including staffing, service delivery, and scheduling.
• Supervise CLS Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals; conduct performance evaluations and training.
• Participate in incident reporting, licensing reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Ensure services reflect PCP goals and are tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Serve as primary contact for MCCMH case managers, families, guardians, and other providers.
• Conduct regular in-home visits to monitor quality of care and participant safety.
