Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a Program Integrator II in Laurel, MD, to assist program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership by monitoring health of programs and portfolios across contracts and government activities.

The ideal candidate will hold an active TS/SCI w/ Poly, eight years of DoD/IC program management or related experience, a bachelor’s degree (or PMP/CFCM/DAWIA II with extended experience), and intermediate MS Excel skills including pivot tables.

Qualifications

• Eight years of combined DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial mgmt experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; alternative certifications accepted with additional experience.
• In lieu of certification, extended experience requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers and leadership in monitoring program health and performance.
• Draft acquisition and program documents (SOWs, PMPs, risk plans).Prepare execution reports and briefings.
• Perform cross-program analysis to respond to IP actions.
