Job summary

BCT LLC in Maryland seeks a Program Integrator II with active TS/SCI w/Poly for Laurel/Annapolis Junction. You will monitor program health, integrate across contracts, and prepare execution reports for leadership.

Responsibilities include drafting SOWs, PMPs, risk management plans, and acquisition strategies; supporting funding and requirements for multiple IT systems; delivering briefings to Deputy CIO level.

Qualifications

• Eight years of DoD/IC program management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; alternative certifications accepted.
• PMP / CFCM / DAWIA Level II or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables & slicers.

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers and leadership with monitoring and reporting on program health.
• Perform cross-program analysis to support IP actions and execution reports.
• Draft SOWs, PMPs, risk management plans, and acquisition strategies.
• Prepare briefings and reports for senior agency leadership.
• Support funding and requirements for multiple IT systems.
