Job summary

DCCA is seeking a seasoned Program Integrator 2 to support a government program in Colorado. The role requires an active TS/SCI with Poly and extensive DoD program, contract, and financial management experience. Strong communication and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management plus a bachelor’s degree with a business or technical focus.
In lieu of a degree: PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA Level II certification plus an additional 3 years of directly related experience for a total of 11 years.
In lieu of certification: an additional 2 years of directly related experience for a total of 13 years may be substituted.
Well‑developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and promote team synergy.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts) is preferred.
Training in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
