Job summary

Red Arch Solutions is seeking a Program Integrator in Annapolis Junction, Maryland to support PEO leadership and program managers by establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines and reporting on program health. You will perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and risk, ensuring initiatives are budgeted and delivered on time.

A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this role, along with extensive DoD program management experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 15+ years of DoD program management/contract/financial management experience with a related Bachelor’s degree.
• In lieu of degree, PMP/CPCM/DAWIA Level III plus 3 years related experience (total 18), or 2 years extra (total 20) without degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines and monitoring program health.
• Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and risks and ensure initiatives are budgeted and delivered on time.
• Communicate effectively at all levels; demonstrate tact and diplomacy; foster team synergy.
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts); Lean Six Sigma training is a bonus.

Position Description

Red Arch Solutions is seeking a Program Integrator in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The Program Integrator shall assist PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Perform holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted. In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of twenty (20) years may be substituted.

Position Description

• Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.

Salary range for this position: $140,000 - 150,000 #CJ
