Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant government financial management experience with a Master’s degree.
• Experience providing financial support and analysis for programs to government audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal program build activities including budget analysis and documentation.
• Justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies.
• Prepare budget testimony, briefing materials, and formal inquiries responses.
• Perform complex financial data analysis and generate reports using automated tools.
• Advise Program Managers on spend plans and funding shortfalls.
