Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Finance Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to support the DC3 TABO S&F program in Linthicum, MD. You will manage budget, financial reporting, and PPBE-related activities, coordinating with program leadership and DoD stakeholders.

Responsibilities include financial analyses, variance explanations, data calls, and ensuring audit-ready records while maintaining compliance in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, public administration, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in federal financial management, program finance, or related controls.
• Experience preparing financial reports, data calls, and budget exhibits.
• Experience supporting DoD or federal customers in a cleared environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budget, spend-plan, resource projection, and financial status reporting for DC3 functions.
• Maintain contract action tracking, funding status inputs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with leadership, contracts, finance, pricing, and stakeholders on funding and reporting.
• Prepare financial analyses, briefings, variance explanations, and management inputs.
