Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Hybrid Business Manager (M4) for the Goal Keeper Loitering Munitions portfolio. You will lead a small team, manage earned value and EACs, and oversee financial control activities to support Phase 1–3 contracts.

The role requires a bachelor's in accounting/finance/business and 8+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years. DoD contract financing, EVMS, and PMI certifications are preferred. Hybrid onsite/offsite work with relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 8+ years of experience
• Or an Advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience
• Experience with program controls
• Experience with FP&A
• Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module and Business Warehouse or similar system

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 analysts to perform earned value management and EACs
• Oversee FP&A activities and budgeting for Loitering Munitions program
• Provide monthly forecasting and risk & opportunity management
• Develop training and career development for team members
