Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson is looking for a Senior Business Manager (M5) to oversee financial management for the Precision Strike programs. You will lead a team of financial analysts, coordinate EAC, R&O tracking, and investment planning across multiple munitions programs from production to delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business and 10+ years’ experience (or an advanced degree with 7+ years). U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with 10+ years of experience; or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience leading teams of finance professionals and managing multiple programs.
• Experience with AOP, EAC, and LRP processes; strong financial prioritization and deadline management.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for access to information and program qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management activities, including forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for assigned programs.
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, assigning work and reviewing deliverables.
• Coordinate EAC, R&O tracking, and investment planning with program management and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare financial analyses and present results to leadership.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, customers, and government representatives on financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.
• Oversee cost control, planning, and reporting across programs.
• Support AOP and LRP processes and program financial reviews.
• Monitor performance and provide variance analysis to leadership.
