Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson is looking for a Senior Business Manager (M5) to oversee financial management for the Precision Strike programs. You will lead a team of financial analysts, coordinate EAC, R&O tracking, and investment planning across multiple munitions programs from production to delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business and 10+ years’ experience (or an advanced degree with 7+ years). U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with 10+ years of experience; or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
Experience leading teams of finance professionals and managing multiple programs.
Experience with AOP, EAC, and LRP processes; strong financial prioritization and deadline management.
U.S. Citizenship is required for access to information and program qualification.

Responsibilities

Lead financial management activities, including forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for assigned programs.
Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, assigning work and reviewing deliverables.
Coordinate EAC, R&O tracking, and investment planning with program management and cross-functional teams.
Prepare financial analyses and present results to leadership.
Coordinate with stakeholders, customers, and government representatives on financial matters.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.
Oversee cost control, planning, and reporting across programs.
Support AOP and LRP processes and program financial reviews.
Monitor performance and provide variance analysis to leadership.
