Job summary

RTX is seeking a Hardware Development Finance Leader (M5) for the Air Dominance Portfolio in a Hybrid Tucson-based role. You will lead a team of five financial analysts, drive EAC inputs, and collaborate with PMO, OPS, ENG, and QMA to improve cost performance and EAC predictability.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's with 10+ years (or an advanced degree with 7+ years), experience across Contracts/Operations/Engineering/Supply Chain, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years or advanced degree with 7+ years experience.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 financial analysts.
• Be responsible for updates, trend analysis, and communicating program performance impacts (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, Cash).
• Establish annual and long-range financial targets and meet annual commitments.
• Support the EAC process by driving functional meetings and coordinating inputs.
• Coordinate with SSBU and Program Finance to set expectations for EAC/forecast deliverables.
• Provide financial guidance to IPT leads and non-finance teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations).
• Meet critical deadlines and develop reports to drive solutions and process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc requests as needed.
