Job summary

Draper Labs seeks a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support finance for national defense programs from Cambridge, MA. The role emphasizes Earned Value management, cost and schedule performance, and timely invoicing and reporting for PMRs and QBRs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of analyst experience, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and preferably a master's. U.S. security clearance is required or pursued, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of Analyst or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value.
• Supports baseline development and charge numbers / WBS as applicable.
• Generates updates for programs with or without EV, using ERP or Cobra.
• Analyzes performance variances to budget and supports recovery plans.
• Reports risks and opportunities to baseline cost, schedule and EAC.
• Maintains the Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers) timely.
• Completes EAC process and time-phased updates for planning and reporting.
• Develops time-phased program level plans for revenue forecasting and budgeting.
• Provides data inputs and variance narratives for PMRs and QBRs.
• Facilitates timely invoicing and collection of receivables.
