Job summary

Engineering Services, LLC seeks a Program Analyst I to provide program control support in finance, annual/multi-year planning, and development of work plans. You will track budgets, forecast costs, and analyze variances to support PMO objectives.

The role requires strong communication, EVMS/Deltek Cobra experience, and proficiency with MS Office. DoD clearance may be required in the future; Bachelor’s degree is essential with Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• No experience required at Bachelor's level; 2 years’ experience desired.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Deltek/Costpoint Program Finance or Budget Analysis experience desired.
• MS Office with excellent Excel knowledge/skills preferred.
• EVMS and Deltek Cobra experience a plus.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance if required.
• Education/experience may substitute per hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial support in program control; tracks budget and forecasts.
• Performs data research to analyze relationships across program finance.
• Interprets planning documents to support PMO objectives.
• Acts as a cost analyst in operations research for materials/systems.
• Assesses hardware cost impact with PM and related support systems.
• Monitors cost, schedule, technical and operational aspects of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
