Job summary

DRS RADA Technologies, a subsidiary of Leonardo DRS, seeks a Program Finance Analyst to support financial performance on government and commercial programs. You will partner with program teams to turn data into actionable insights for sound decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role develops expertise in program finance, forecasting, earned value, cost analysis, and government contracting while leveraging Oracle and other ERP tools.

Qualifications

• ,Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; 3+ years in program finance or financial analysis in government/manufacturing environments; equivalent combo accepted
• Master's degree or professional finance certification preferred
• Experience with government contracting and compliance (FAR, DFARS, CAS, SOX) is desirable

Responsibilities

• Support program financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the program lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, workforce projections, revenue/operating profit outlooks, cash-flow forecasts, and Estimates at Completion.
• Perform cost, schedule, and variance analysis; identify trends, risks, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Assist with Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Guide Plan data preparation (bookings, revenue, operating profit, cash-flow).
• Partner with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to provide timely financial analysis and decision support.
• Support cost proposal development, bid/no-bid assessments, cost estimating, pricing, RFP reviews, risk mitigation, and negotiation prep.
• Assist with program reviews, audit prep, contractual reporting, and government compliance activities.
• Develop working knowledge of job-cost collection and billing across contract types.
• Support negotiations with government customers, prime contractors, and international customers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, government contracting, and business conduct requirements.
• Leverage ERP/financial systems (Oracle) to improve reporting accuracy and data visibility.
