Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture is seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver comprehensive program financial updates, budgets, funding, and revenue recognition. The role partners with Program Managers and Control Account Managers to support contract execution and leadership decisions.

The position requires EVMS experience, CAS/GAAP/FAR knowledge, and strong Excel reporting skills. Remote work with ~25% travel to Arlington, VA HQ is available to support government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 5+ years of program finance experience
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience delivering EVMS deliverables and requirements
• Working knowledge of CAS, GAAP, and FAR/DFARS clauses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• U.S. citizenship required for access to government systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive program financial updates including budgets, funding, revenue recognition, project accounting, invoicing, and cash collection in partnership with the Program Manager
• Generate external USG financial CD-RLs, IPMDARs, and CFSRs
• Support pricing activities related to RFPs and ECPs
• Collaborate with supply chain and program teams to align cash flows, milestones, and execution schedules
• Develop and support program-specific standards and process instructions for planning, scheduling, and financial controls
• Support periodic EAC and baseline processes
• Drive EVMS implementation and maintenance including variance analysis and quarterly reports
• Perform program control activities including monthly variance analysis and billing oversight
• Provide proactive financial analysis of project risks and strategic alternatives
• Support ad hoc tasks and analysis as required
