Job summary

Leonardo DRS is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to support financial performance and strategic execution of government and commercial programs. You will partner with program management, operations, contracts, and site leadership to turn financial data into actionable insights in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will develop budgets, forecasts, cost analyses, and participate in cost proposals and operational planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 3+ years in program finance or similar.
• Master's or professional finance certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support program financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, revenue, and cash-flow outlooks.
• Perform cost, schedule, and variance analysis and communicate findings to leadership.
• Assist with cost proposal development and bid/no-bid assessments.
• Support program reviews, audits, and government contracting compliance.
• Develop working knowledge of job-cost collection and billing across contract types.
