Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related finance experience.
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related finance experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related finance experience.

Responsibilities

Develop time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, EV data compliance and reporting.
Provide management with an early warning of potential performance issues, identifying risks and solutions.
Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management and financial support.
Develop EACs; analyze ETC, EAC and LRE data; create and maintain charge numbers.
Analyze costs and personnel to ensure actuals are within budget and charged correctly.
Generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports, graphs, and customer reports.
