The role collaborates with Program Management, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to keep programs on track and deliver accurate internal and customer reporting. The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, and Excel skills, with experience in government contracts and EVMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years in program finance. Graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years related program finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased budgets and schedules, EV data compliance and reporting.
• Provide management with early warning of performance issues and risks.
• Budgeting, cost control, variance analysis and internal/external reporting.
• Develop quarterly EACs and projections (ETC, EAC, LRE).
• Maintain monthly financial forecasts for awarded programs and cash flow.
• Create and maintain charge numbers; analyze costs and workforce planning.
• Educate PMO and CAMS with cost/schedule performance reports.
• Communicate changes to practices and processes; suggest improvements.
