Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Anaheim, CA is hiring a Senior Specialist, Program Finance Analyst. The role focuses on financial management, forecasting, and EVMS for assigned programs, partnering with program management and project teams to optimize financial performance.

The position requires EVMS experience, advanced Excel, and ERP/Costpoint or SAP proficiency. A US security clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred and relevant experience counts toward requirements.
5–7 years of Earned Value Management experience or equivalent regulatory guidance.
4–6 years with EVMS software (COBRA, MPM) and ERP systems such as Costpoint or SAP.

Responsibilities

Analyze data to identify trends, cost/schedule risks, and opportunities impacting outcomes.
Support program financial performance with the project team and management.
Maintain EVMS and perform system updates for rate, resource, and calendar files.
Coordinate time-phased baselines and monthly forecasts for reporting.
Create and maintain project records in Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Cobra.
Support forecasts (EACs and LREs) and obtain inputs from the project team.
Reconcile management reserve logs, budget bases, and change requests.
Provide management with actionable insights on financial performance.
