You will partner with Program Management, Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure programs stay on track, provide timely financial insights, and support leadership with clear, actionable reports.

The role emphasizes budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and EAC/ETC projections; you will mentor junior analysts and help shape processes while maintaining FAR/CAS/GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience; graduate degree with 4+ years preferred
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience will be considered
• Strong EVMS knowledge and experience with FAR/CAS/GAAP is preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret program financial performance, identifying issues and risks early and recommending corrective actions.
• Lead time‑phased budgets and schedules; ensure EV compliance and accurate reporting.
• Perform budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and internal/external financial reporting.
• Prepare quarterly EACs and support ETC, EAC, and LRE projections.
• Support Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and charge number setups; mentor junior analysts.
