Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Finance for Palm Bay, Florida to oversee budgeting, EVMS, and CDRL workstreams for large, complex programs. You will partner with program management to develop financial insights and ensure compliance with finance policies.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience (PeopleSoft/Hyperion/Cobra/SAP), and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years’ experience is expected, with advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience; a Graduate Degree with 4 years is acceptable.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program financial processes: EVMS, CDRL preparation, and financial forecasting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly program financial reports.
• Analyze program cost and billing details.
• Advise program management on adherence to Finance policies and best practices.
• Own the team’s execution of program finance deliverables including ERP system management and process improvements.
