Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Program Finance in Bristol, PA to join a dynamic IPT team. You will analyze program data, produce financial reports, and provide insights on financial status to leadership, supporting diverse contracts including cost-plus, T&M, and fixed-price work.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cash forecasting, and variance analysis, with emphasis on EVMS and multi-stakeholder communication. A US security clearance may be required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree with 2+ years preferred
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
• Experience with EVMS and financial performance reporting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, generate financial reports, and provide guidance on program financial status to IPT and senior leadership
• Perform root cause variance analysis and outlook on budgets and costs
• Manage budgets across complex programs including cost-plus, time-and-material, and fixed-price work
• Forecast Sales, Profit and Cash, monitor financial performance and communicate results to stakeholders
• Prepare and administer budgets and support audits and financial activities
• Possess ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance
