Job summary

You will report to the Program Finance and Pricing Manager and oversee the Production portfolio, working within a 9/80 schedule that ensures every other Friday off. The role emphasizes EVMS reporting, cost controls, and variance analysis, with responsibilities spanning project setup in ERP, program cost monitoring, and participation in audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; can be substituted with 10 years of related experience.
• 6+ years of prior finance experience (or 4 years with graduate degree) as stated.
• Experience with EVMS reporting and earned value/forecast processes.

Responsibilities

• Support major programs including cost-plus, fixed-price, and EVMS reporting requirements.
• Prepare EV deliverables and variance analyses for internal management.
• Set up and activate projects, service orders and production work orders in ERP systems.
• Monitor program costs and perform financial analyses for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) and assess profit impact with variance commentary.
• Provide input for monthly, quarterly and annual sales and cash forecasting; perform variance analysis.
