Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior finance experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior finance experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior finance experience.
• Ability to accurately perform financial calculations used in cost/budget analysis.
• Understanding of FAR, CAS, GAAP and earned value management concepts.
• Experience with cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting; forecasting expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased budgets and EV data, cost accounting and schedule integration.
• Provide early warning of potential performance issues with financial insight.
• Budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, internal/external reporting, and risk management.
• Develop quarterly EACs and project ETC, EAC, and LRE data.
• Organize Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and charge numbers; mentor analysts.
• Analyze costs and workforce planning; ensure accuracy of actuals within budget.
• Produce EV reports and customer-ready financial artifacts.
• Brief program status to customers and PMO/CAMS teams.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and data integrity checks; advise on improvements.
