Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Program Manager BHT to oversee daily clinical and business operations at assigned site/programs. You will lead staff assisting clients with housing access and income stability, ensuring quality services and streamlined processes.

You will guide teams, manage referrals, and report outcomes to leadership while fostering collaboration with internal and community partners. A background in behavioral health and BHT certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree or higher in behavioral health preferred
• 1 year of management experience or Bachelor's in business/behavioral health preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health required
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health/substance use preferred
• Excel/data reporting experience preferred
• BHT certification per AZ policy and CBI procedures
• Valid AZ Driver’s License with clean 39-month MVR
• Peer certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations of assigned site/programs
• Manage staff working with members to obtain and maintain housing
• Increase income stability for program participants
• Ensure quality support services and housing resources
• Track client paperwork and referrals, provide reporting to leadership
