Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Fidelity Specialist to support Housing & Community Integration and other community programs. You will monitor fidelity to HUD, CoC, and funder standards, evaluate operations and participant experience, and provide coaching to teams.

This non-supervisory role advances housing-first practices and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in housing or behavioral health settings, strong data skills in Excel, and relevant HMIS/SPDAT

Qualifications

  • Basic excel analytic experience required; pivot tables and data visualizations using Excel.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with evidence-based housing project types (RRH, PSH, ES).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in integrated behavioral health service delivery to vulnerable populations.
  • HMIS, SPDAT, Housing First or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor program fidelity and adherence to evidence-based models.
  • Support Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and provide targeted coaching to program staff.
  • Evaluate operations, participant experience, and service delivery workflows to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen service quality and system coordination.

Job Summary

The Fidelity Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Quality Management (QM) department’s monitoring of Housing & Community Integration (HCI) and other community-based programs by monitoring program fidelity, adherence to evidence-based models, and compliance with HUD, CoC, and funder standards. This position ensures that community-based programs deliver services consistent with established practices, regional best practices, and internal quality frameworks.

The role focuses on evaluating program operations, participant experience, and service delivery workflows to identify areas for improvement and strengthen program alignment. The Fidelity Specialist conducts near real-time data quality reviews, supports Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), provides targeted coaching and technical assistance to program team members, and collaborates with internal and external partners to enhance service quality and system coordination.

This is a non-supervisory role designed to support program excellence and fidelity to housing best practices such as Housing First and evidence-based housing program navigation and retention strategies.

Skills/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher in social services, public administration, behavioral health, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with evidence-based housing project types (RRH, PSH, ES, etc.), homelessness services, or quality assurance required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience working with integrated behavioral health service delivery to vulnerable populations including but not limited to those experiencing HUD-defined homelessness, Serious Mental Illness (SMI) designated, and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment recovery required.
  • Basic excel analytic experience, required (pivot tables, create data visualizations using excel, etc.)
  • Valid identification required.
  • HMIS, SPDAT, Housing First, or related certifications preferred.
