Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health preferred.
• AZ Driver’s License in good standing required for Housing program staff.
• Clear 39-month MVR required for Housing program staff.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
• Peer certification may be applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the program and guide assigned staff.
• Provide training, scheduling, and knowledge verification for staff.
• Provide direct service to members as needed and participate in staff shadowing for QA.
• Represent the program and collaborate with community partners.
• Ensure HMIS data quality and staff documentation per policy.
