Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Housing Specialist to join its F/ACT team in Arizona.

You will work with a multidisciplinary group to implement the permanent supportive housing model and connect clients with temporary and permanent housing opportunities, while ensuring safety and appropriate placements. The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 1–3 years in behavioral health, and active credentials such as a valid AZ driver’s license and Fingerprint Clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred in behavioral health
• 1–3 years of behavioral health experience across multiple settings
• Minimum six months of recovery from substance use or mental health disorders preferred
• AZ Driver’s License in good standing
• Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record
• BHT certification per state policies
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• SOAR certification preferred
• VI‑SPDAT certification preferred

Responsabilités

• The F/ACT Housing Specialist works with a multidisciplinary team to implement the permanent supportive housing model with members assigned to their respective F/ACT team.
• Work with community supportive housing agencies on temporary and permanent housing opportunities for clients.
• Provide in-field support to clients and coordinate with landlords to ensure safety and appropriateness of placements.
