Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Client Stabilization Specialist to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness at shelter or temporary lodging sites.

You will stabilize residents, conduct HMIS intakes, educate on rules and resources, and provide orientation while ensuring smooth operations and safety. You will coordinate with leadership and care coordinators on program violations and complex needs, and document all data entries and housing prioritization assessments to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
• 1–3 years of full-time healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid identification required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (program specific).
• CBI Peer Certification within 90 days of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize individuals/families entering shelter or temporary lodging.
• Conduct intakes into HMIS and provide orientation on shelter rules and resources.
• Perform face-to-face visits and perimeter walks; escalate issues as needed.
